MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND FEE SCHEDULE

Membership Information:

Membership in MLIA is opened to any Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Broker that is a member of a Board of Realtors.

Membership is not available to an associate broker or a real estate organization acting as a service agency to individual Brokers when such service organization is not engaged in the brokerage of real estate.

Application must be made using forms provided by MLIA.

Copies of rules and regulations of any other multi-listing services to which the applicant belongs must be submitted with the application.

Upon notice of membership, the new member must submit a record of current listings.

In addition to the Initial Membership Fee that must be submitted with the application, a fee based on actual cost of training, as well as a prorated share of the monthly dues for the month in which application was made, must be paid prior to final approval of the application.

If a membership application is denied, all fees will be refunded.

Upon approval of a transfer application and payment of the Membership Transfer Fee plus costs of training the transferee A membership may be transferred to another Broker that meets membership requirements.

All of an applicant's Indiana County branch offices, all of an applicant's Brokers and Agents licensed in Indiana County offices are required to be part of the MLIA system, and all of an applicant's Indiana County listings, including properties listed by their offices outside of Indiana County, must be part of the MLIA system.

MLIA FEE SCHEDULE

Initial Membership- Base Fee	$250.00	At time of application.²
Initial Membership- Costs of Training	As determined by the Board of Directors based on the actual cost for training new members.¹	Prior to final approval of application.²
Initial Membership-Prorated Monthly Dues	Prorated share of monthly dues for the month in which application was filed.	Prior to final approval of application.²
Membership Transfer - Base Fee	$125.00	At time of application.²
Membership Transfer - Costs of Training	As determined by the Board of Directors based on the actual cost for training transferee.	Prior to final approval of application.²
Monthly Service Fee	As determined by the Board of Directors, based upon the number of licensed agents in each subscriber's office.¹	Payable by the 15^th day of the month billed, with a late fee of 1.5% per month
Monthly Multi-List System Fee	As determined by each subscriber's office - charged to all brokers, associate brokers and agents licensed with a subscriber.¹	Payable by the 15^th day of the month billed, with a late fee of 1.5% per month
Monthly Internet Site Fee	As determined by the Board of Directors - charged to all subscribers.¹	Payable by the 15^th day of the month billed, with a late fee of 1.5% per month
Monthly Internet Lease Site Fee	As determined by the Board of Directors - charged to all subscribers who contract to utilize this service on the internet site.¹	Annually
Charge for NSF Checks or Account Closed Checks	$25.00	Payable by the 15^th of the month following the month in which the charge was imposed.
Lock Box Insert Lease Fee	One-time charge of the actual cost of the insert.¹	Upon leasing of lock box insert.
Fines	As determined by the Board of Directors or as set in the MLIA Rules and Regulations, depending upon the nature of the violation and the MLIA rule or policy violated.	Payable by the 15^th of the month following the month in which the fine was imposed.
